Last week, I shared with you my theme word for 2015. My theme word “Connected” is my overall encompassing vision for this year. Today I want to break that vision into some specific goals.
My goals for 2015 can be broken down into 3 main categories: Faith, Fitness and Self-Care/Style.
Reestablish my morning quit time.
Memorize 1 scripture verse per week.
Bible study with my running group.
Crossfit 3 times a week, with a 4th session when possible.
Train to walk a half-marathon with my running group.
Aerobics class once per week
Resume Saturday Food prep (better eating means better performance at the gym)
Master a makeup routine (move beyond a swipe of powder and chapstick)
Step-up my dress code @ work (just because my office allow me to wear jeans Monday thru Friday, doesn’t mean I should.)
So those are my goals, but as the quote above says, goals are just dreams without a plan and a deadline. So checkback next Friday, when I’ll say my plan and deadline for making these goals happen!
